My Promise

Your home is one of the biggest investments that you will make. Choosing the right home inspector for this major investment can be difficult. Hire a tough, experienced home inspector and be sure that they are an Independent Home Inspector in North Dakota.

Unlike most professionals, you may not have the opportunity to meet me until after you hire me. So do your homework before you hire your Home Inspector. Also you have every right to hire a Home Inspector on your own and to be cautious of a realtor recommending a particular inspector. The best referrels come from satisfied clients!

 1) Make sure that your inspector is certified and registered to do Home Inspections in the state of North Dakota.

 2) Check the inspectors experience, how long have they been doing inspections, what type of report do they produce? Is it hand written? Checklist? Or a detailed Narrative report with pictures?

 3) The cheapest inspector is rarely if ever the best choice! An inspector knows the value of the service, that they offer. We are not the least expensive, and we consistently show our clients issues and defects that save them thousands of dollars.

If you place your trust in us by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.

 This I promise you.

 Sincerely,

 Gerald C. Wilcox

Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work and you generally get what you pay for. That is why we rarely schedule more than 1 per day. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
