     I am a independent, locally owned business, not a franchise. This means you will get great personal service from me, the owner. In addition, as an Independent North Dakota Home Inspector, I work only for you, my client. There is no conflict of interests from this inspector! I identify issues that others may not because my income is not based on inspection referrals from Realtors. Honestly most Realtors want an inspector like me to inspect their own investments. The good Realtors also want me to inspect their clients homes, but there are some who would rather a less detailed inspector do the inspection. Hire a tough, experienced home inspector.
